The first of the FENEX sector-specific expos will be where members of the fenestration sector will be able to discover who has won in this year’s National Fenestration Awards. There has been a flurry of excitement around the launch of FENEX with industry leaders grasping the benefits that a virtual exhibition can bring to their business – both in terms of time and costs.  Therefore, it made perfect sense to the organisers to announce the 2020 NFA winners during the first expo that will take place on 27th and 28th November this year. There will be a special two-day event held during the Doors, Windows & Hardware Expo to announce the winners of the 2020 competition. At such an uncertain time for business, FENEX will bring some of the most important aspects regarding this sector right into focus. The Doors, Windows & Hardware expo will be the first of its kind in respect of this industry’s important sub-sectors.FENEX promises to bring an engaging and innovative virtual platform to the sector that will help the whole industry to further grow its potential. In such challenging times this expo has been welcomed by the sector as a modern route to reach existing and potential, new customers. Being able to maintain discussions and evaluate new products and manufacturing methods is the lifeblood for everyone.
For the organisers, this inaugural expo seemed the natural show-ground to announce this year’s NFA award winners as well as those key movers and shakers in the glass and glazing sector.FENEX and NFA co-founder Jason Grafton-Holt said: “its been a tough year for the entire sector, with almost all planned events cancelled or postponed. However, its been great to see the NFAs provide a big bright spot for so many people and companies. With the first FENEX event at the end of November bringing the industry the first major opportunity in a very long time to show off their new products and their businesses, it made perfect sense to bring the only marquee awards event to the future of fenestration, FENEX.”Fellow FENEX co-founder, Lee Clarke, added: “the National Fenestration Awards are the only awards taking place this year and into next, and provides our industry with a platform with which to bring some positivity in what has been a torrid year. FENEX is excited to be able to bring the industry this special event as well as provide an opportunity for exhibitors to bring to the sector many of the new things they have been planning for a while.”Competition remains fierce for the NFAs once again this year, so for those who have not yet voted for their favourite supplier or customer, then head to the website to make your choice count. Voting is open until 24th November 2020. https://www.fenestrationawards.co.uk/nfa2020/.
