ORION ICE Keeps Criminals out in the Cold

Hardware expert VBH has developed the greenteQ ORION ICE 3-star profile cylinder for UK door manufacturers.

The cylinder is fully accredited to the latest TS007:2024 kitemark, providing protection against thermal (freeze) and glue attacks, picking, drilling, bumping and snapping, all without the need to add supplementary security devices.

ORION ICE is available in key/key and thumb turn options, in singles and keyed alike pairs, and each cylinder is supplied with five keys as standard, which is a real benefit to end users.

VBH’s proteQ10 security guarantee has been upgraded for customers using ORION ICE. It will pay the end user an increased £5000 in compensation if a break in within the UK is achieved as a direct result of an ORION ICE cylinder being snapped.

ORION ICE is recognised by Secured by Design as a Police Preferred Specification product.
