Supply2Trade Powers Ahead with G-Awards Win and Sixth Branch Expansion

We are incredibly proud to have been named Best Business Initiative at the G-Awards for our work on SupplyNet, our in-house developed business management portal designed to streamline operations and connect every element of our business.

Built entirely by our internal IT team, SupplyNet integrates accounts management, CRM, quotation-to-invoice workflows, sales reporting, order processing, a built-in calendar system, and live notifications into one powerful, cloud-based platform. The system also allows customers to view in-store promotions, while being fully accessible via both a desktop version and a dedicated mobile app available on the App Store.

Prior to SupplyNet’s launch, our branches operated independently with disconnected processes. Today, all five branches now work in complete alignment, with real-time visibility across sales, accounts, and supplier activity.

The system has transformed the way we operate. By automating routine tasks, improving accuracy, and providing management with meaningful, real-time data, SupplyNet has reduced paperwork, increased efficiency, and empowered our teams to deliver an even higher level of service to our customers.

Winning Best Business Initiative of the Year is a tremendous recognition of the innovation and dedication that went into the development of SupplyNet. It also highlights the powerful impact that in-house technology can have on driving real business transformation.

As we look ahead, the beginning of 2026 marks another major milestone for Supply2Trade with the opening of our sixth branch at Battlefield Enterprise Park on 5th January 2026. Since we began trading in 2019, we have grown to establish thriving branches in Stoke, Chester, Telford, Northwich, and Bury, with Shrewsbury soon to follow. Our main depot remains based in Cobridge, Stoke-on-Trent.

We are a dedicated supplier of uPVC and aluminium windows, doors, glass, conservatories, and building plastics. Each of our branches features a Window Centre and Building Plastics trade counter, stocking a wide range of tools, consumables, fascias and guttering, rubber roofing, and much more.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, a truly personal approach, and offering a wide range of trusted brands to support our customers’ projects.

We were also thrilled to be nominated for Trade Counter of the Year at the recent NFA Awards, further recognising the hard work and commitment of our teams across the business.
